About the role:

We are looking for a
Factory Administrative Accountant
to join our furniture manufacturing team.

The ideal candidate will handle accounting tasks, monitor inventory and purchasing activities, and support daily factory operations.

This role is perfect for someone with basic accounting experience who enjoys working in a dynamic, hands-on environment.

Responsibilities:

1- Accounting & Financial Tasks

  • Record daily financial transactions including sales, purchases, and expenses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customers' accounts and suppliers' payments.
  • Prepare and update cash flow and petty cash reports.
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and cost reports.
  • Ensure invoices and purchase orders are properly recorded and filed.

2- Inventory & Purchasing

  • Monitor stock levels of raw materials, finished products, and consumables.
  • Support in conducting regular inventory counts and reconciling stock records.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Prepare purchase requests and follow up on pending orders.

3- Factory Operations Support

  • Track daily production activities and update operational records.
  • Coordinate between accounting, production, and procurement departments.
  • Support the factory manager in monitoring workflow and identifying bottlenecks.
  • Prepare simple operational and performance reports as requested.

4- Administrative Duties

  • Maintain organized documentation for accounting and operational records.
  • Handle data entry, filing, and report preparation.
  • Assist in implementing internal controls and improving process efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • 1–2 years of experience in accounting or administrative roles (preferably in a factory).
  • Good knowledge of Excel and accounting software.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
