Factory Cost Control Specialist

Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Industrial Engineering.

-2 to 4 years of cost control experience in the manufacturing industry (a MUST).

-Postgraduate diploma or certification in Cost Accounting or Management Accounting preferred.

-CMA ,CFA or CPA certification is an advantage.

-Strong knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) is an advantage

-Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or similar) and advanced Excel or Power BI reporting.

Key Responsibilities

-Monitor and analyze factory costs (materials, labor, and overhead).

-Maintain and update standard product costing and Bill of Materials accuracy (components, parts, raw materials, and subassemblies needed to manufacture).

-Perform variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.

-Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost-saving initiatives.

-Oversee inventory valuation for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.

Prepare regular cost reports and support internal/external audits.
