Job Scope:

The Head of Projects will lead, coordinate, and oversee the implementation of development and humanitarian projects to ensure effective execution, quality performance, and impactful outcomes. The role includes managing project plans, timelines, and budgets, monitoring field progress, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring projects align with organizational goals and donor requirements. The Projects Manager will also guide project teams, support proposal development, and ensure compliance with policies and reporting standards.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Development Studies, Project Management, or a related field.


• 5–8 years of proven experience in project or program management, preferably within NGOs or humanitarian/development programs.


• Strong command of project management methodologies; PMP or similar certification is a plus.


• Excellent skills in planning, budgeting, monitoring, and performance reporting.


• Experience working with donors, partners, and governmental entities.


• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools.


• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
