Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Product, based in Cairo. The Head of Product will be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle, developing and implementing product strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals. The role involves market research, setting product vision, monitoring product performance, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Leadership and mentoring of product teams will play a critical part in this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong product management skills, including experience with product strategy and lifecycle management.
  • Analytical thinking and market research capabilities to understand customer needs and market trends.
  • Leadership and team management experience, with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects in the real estate or related industries is a plus.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Product Management, or a related field.
