Nasr City
, we are looking for a Training Center Manager to lead our operations, inspire our team, and ensure the highest quality of training delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and implement the operational plan of the training center to achieve objectives

-Oversee and manage all training programs, including scheduling, monitoring, and evaluation

-Supervise trainers and administrative staff, ensuring tasks are assigned and completed effectively

-Monitor training quality and ensure compliance with approved standards

-Handle communication with clients and trainees, addressing feedback and complaints professionally

-Prepare and submit monthly reports on training activities to senior management

-Ensure proper maintenance and readiness of the training center's facilities, equipment and systems

-Coordinate with other departments to organize examinations and joint activities

-Maintain accurate documentation of trainees' attendance progress and performance

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Human Resources, or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in managing training centers or a similar role

Strong leadership and people management skills

Excellent command of both English and Arabic, written and spoken

Solid knowledge of modern training systems and center management tools
