Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Procurement Assistant, based in Cairo. The Procurement Assistant will support daily procurement operations, including documentation management, record-keeping, and report preparation, purchase orders preparation, tracking procurement activities, and liaising with suppliers.

The role involves maintaining accurate records and assisting with purchasing decisions to meet operational needs efficiently. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams in different departments and to ensure seamless workflow and adherence to company standards.

Qualifications

A fresh-graduated Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.

Have a good knowledge of the Purchasing and Procurement processes

Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret and use data effectively

Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office management tools

Fluency in English, both written and verbal

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
