Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Construction and Installation Manager — Cold Storage Projects at PSI, located in Giza. The
Construction and Installation Manager
leads the execution of turnkey cold storage projects, overseeing construction, prefabrication, refrigeration systems installation (including chillers and evaporators), and final handover. This role is pivotal in planning, coordinating, and managing the full project cycle—from production through installation—ensuring technical compliance, timeline adherence, and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is a
qualified Civil Engineer
with proven expertise in refrigeration systems and cold storage construction. They must be capable of coordinating between Production, Sales, Logistics, Maintenance, and Site teams, while professionally handling site claims and client requirements until final commissioning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
    (mandatory)
  • Minimum 7 years' experience
    in cold store construction, refrigerated warehouse installation, or chiller systems.
  • Strong knowledge of:
  • Refrigeration systems (compressors, evaporators, chillers, condensers)
  • PU/PIR panels, vapor barriers, and panel locking systems
  • Civil integration for cold storage (insulated foundations, drainage, etc.)
  • Proven coordination experience across
    Production, Sales, Logistics, and Maintenance
  • Skilled in
    client-facing roles
    , site issue resolution, and project handover
  • Proficiency in
    AutoCAD
    ,
    MS Project/Primavera
    , and refrigeration diagnostic tools
