About the Role

We are seeking a
high-caliber Project Manager
with a strong background in the
construction industry
, particularly in
finishing and fit-out projects
. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership, planning, and communication skills, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with the company's quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, establish timelines, allocate resources, and oversee day-to-day operations.
  • Ensure efficient execution of projects that meet quality, safety, and schedule objectives.

Leadership and Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work culture focused on performance and professional development.

Budget Management

  • Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Monitor financial performance to ensure profitability and alignment with company goals.

Client and Stakeholder Engagement

  • Maintain proactive communication with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Provide project updates and address any challenges or concerns promptly.

Problem-Solving and Decision-Making

  • Identify and resolve technical and operational challenges during execution.
  • Make informed decisions to maintain progress and ensure project success.

Compliance and Safety Oversight

  • Ensure full compliance with building codes, safety regulations, legal requirements, and environmental standards.
  • Promote a strong culture of health and safety across all project sites.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate closely with engineering, procurement, design, and finance departments to ensure smooth project execution across all stages.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in
    Construction Management, Civil Engineering
    , or a related field.
  • Experience:
    Proven experience in
    construction project management
    with a strong focus on
    finishing and fit-out works
    .
  • Languages:
    Fluency in
    English
    is required.
  • Technical Skills:
    Proficiency in
    construction management software
    , project scheduling tools, and a solid understanding of
    building codes
    and
    industry regulations
    .
  • Preferred Background:
    Graduated from an
    international university
    (AUC, BUE, GUC, or equivalent).
