Is hiring Secretariat to the General Manager.

Location: Maadi

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the General Manager's schedule, meetings, and correspondence.
  • Prepare official reports, letters, and maintain organized filing systems.
  • Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Handle visitors, calls, and internal/external communications.

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    3 years of experience
    in
    construction or engineering companies
    (preferred).
  • Excellent computer skills, especially
    Microsoft Office
    .
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Presentable, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
  • Preferably
    residing near the company's location
    .
