We are seeking an experienced #
Project Manager Engineer
to lead and supervise
mega-scale construction projects
from concept to completion. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in delivering large, complex construction projects while ensuring quality, cost control, time management, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and handover.
  • Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Oversee project progress through site supervision and technical review.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
  • Conduct risk assessment and implement mitigation plans.
  • Prepare and present periodic reports to senior management.
  • Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid delays.

Job Requirements


• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, from a government university is a must .


•
8–15 years of experience
in construction, with at least
5 years in mega projects
(residential, commercial, infrastructure, or mixed-use).


• PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification is a must.


• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.


• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


• Strong negotiation, budgeting, and resource management skills.


• Strong problem-solving skills, proactive approach, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changing project

needs.
