Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt, for an SMEs Account Manager at the Egyptian Food Bank. The role includes establishing and nurturing relationships with small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to secure funding and support for EFB's initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing existing partnerships, identifying potential new SME partners, preparing proposals and presentations, and organizing collaboration opportunities. The Account Manager will also engage in regular follow-ups, maintain detailed records, and support fundraising campaigns to enhance and sustain program funding.

Qualifications

  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Experience in account management, business development, or partnership management.
  • Understanding of fundraising practices, proposal writing, and presentations.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and achieve set goals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and data management tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Previous experience within NGOs or charitable organizations is advantageous
