    Rhino, Grasshopper, and Revit
  • Explore, integrate, and develop 
    AI workflows
     to optimize design processes
  • Oversee project coordination and ensure adherence to established delivery methodologies
  • Manage small design teams, provide mentorship, and coordinate tasks effectively
  • Collaborate with consultants, clients, and internal teams throughout project phases
  • Participate in concept design, schematic design, and technical development
  • Ensure project compliance with codes, standards, and timelines

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture
  • 5–7 years of relevant professional experience
  • Strong proficiency in 
    Rhino
    , 
    Grasshopper
    , and 
    Revit
  • Demonstrated interest or experience in 
    AI-assisted design workflows
  • Solid understanding of full 
    project delivery methodology
     (concept → design → documentation → coordination)
  • Proven ability to 
    lead teams
     and manage junior staff
  • Strong communication, problem solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment

Preferred Skills (Optional)

  • Experience with parametric / computational design
  • Familiarity with BIM standards and coordination workflows
  • Experience preparing client presentations and design reports
