Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Design Architect, located in New Cairo. The Senior Design Architect will be responsible for leading the design process, developing innovative architectural concepts, coordinating with other design professionals, and overseeing construction documentation. Additional responsibilities include client interactions, project management, site visits, and ensuring that designs meet regulatory standards and client specifications.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
  • Experience in project management, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling
  • In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interactions and presentations
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architectural design
