Role Description

This is a full-time Commercial Specialist (Leasing) role in the Real Estate industry. Based on-site in Cairo, Egypt, the role involves managing leasing agreements for commercial properties, understanding client needs, and presenting suitable leasing opportunities. Key responsibilities include prospecting and engaging with clients, negotiating contracts, maintaining relationships with key accounts, researching the commercial real estate market, and facilitating property viewings while ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the leasing process.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs.
  • Competence in Account Management, ensuring long-term relationships with clients and understanding their ongoing requirements.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with the commercial real estate market, especially in Egypt and the Middle East, is an advantage.
  • Proactive attitude, teamwork skills, and the ability to work in a goal-driven environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus.
