Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Collections Specialist, based in Cairo, Egypt. The Collections Specialist will be responsible for managing and following up on debt collection processes to ensure timely payments and account reconciliations. Key responsibilities include actively communicating with customers to resolve overdue specially UPA

payments, maintaining accurate records of collection activities, and providing excellent customer service while addressing and resolving payment-related disputes.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Debt Collection and UPA Collection processes
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Knowledge or experience in Finance practices and principles
  • Attention to detail and high accuracy in record-keeping
  • Ability to handle sensitive customer interactions with professionalism
  • Proven organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field is advantageous
