Sales Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, understanding customer needs, and offering suitable solutions to drive revenue growth. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential customers through various channels (calls, emails, networking, referrals).
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities using CRM software.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve offerings and campaigns.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
