Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Alexandria, Egypt, for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving membership sales, providing exceptional customer service, and fostering relationships with potential and current members. Responsibilities include conducting tours of the gym, identifying customer needs, recommending appropriate membership options, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, the Sales Specialist will collaborate with the team to deliver a seamless and engaging experience for members.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their fitness needs.
  • Proficiency in Sales, with the ability to meet or exceed sales goals and recommend suitable membership plans.
  • Experience in Sales Management and Training, with the ability to support team goals and uphold high-quality service standards.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
  • Passion for fitness and health, with previous experience in the fitness or wellness industry being a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in sales or customer service are a plus.
