Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Alexandria, Egypt, for a Sales Specialist. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying customer needs, and promoting the institute's services. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, providing excellent customer service, conducting training sessions for clients as needed, and managing sales activities to ensure effectiveness and client satisfaction. The Sales Specialist will also provide feedback to contribute to further development of services and strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management
- Ability to deliver Training sessions effectively
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in sales or education sectors is a plus
