Leader Insurance Brokerage (LIB) is an Egyptian insurance brokerage company established under Egyptian insurance Law No. 10 of 1980. As a member of the Egyptian Financial Supervisory Authority (EFSA) and the Egyptian Insurance Brokers Association (EIBA), LIB has been serving clients since April 2017. LIB offers a wide range of insurance, advisory, and risk management services to clients in various industries such as retail, manufacturing, financial services, healthcare, communications, energy, transportation, and consumer industries. LIB provides professional advice on insurance matters including risk identification, policy selection, risk minimization, and claims administration. Our philosophy is to serve our clients and exceed their expectations, making them feel comfortable and confident in our abilities as their insurance consultant.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Alexandria, Egypt. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, providing excellent customer service, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The role involves conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing clients with tailored insurance solutions. The Sales Specialist will also participate in training sessions, stay updated on industry trends, and collaborate with the sales management team to develop effective sales strategies.

  • Communication and Customer Service skills

  • Experience in providing training
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
