Key Responsibilities

Customer Support


• Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, phone calls, and email.


• Provide accurate product knowledge and guide customers based on their skin needs.


• Assist customers with order placements, tracking, returns, and exchanges.


• Resolve complaints professionally and escalate issues when needed.

Client Relationship Management


• Maintain long-term relationships with loyal customers and VIP clients.


• Follow up on orders, feedback, and customer satisfaction.


• Provide personalized product recommendations based on skin concerns.

Sales Support


• Cross-sell and up-sell products through expert guidance.


• Assist in achieving monthly sales targets through exceptional communication.


• Update customers about new launches, offers, and bundles.

Brand Representation


• Reflect the luxury identity of Hethara in tone, communication, and service quality.


• Provide insights from customers to improve product development and marketing direction.

Operations & Coordination


• Coordinate with the warehouse and shipping partners to ensure smooth deliveries.


• Maintain accurate customer records and conversation logs.


• Share daily and weekly reports on customer inquiries and issues.

Requirements


• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or beauty/skincare (preferred).


• Strong communication skills in Arabic & English.


• Confident, empathetic, patient, and solution-oriented.


• Ability to multi-task and handle fast-paced environments.


• Passion for skincare and luxury brands.


• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, CRM, or Shopify is a plus.
