Admin & Facilities Manager

•Develop, implement, and continuously improve administrative policies, systems, and procedures.
•Align administrative operations with organizational goals to enhance overall efficiency and productivity.
•Lead the planning and management of office budgets, procurement, and resource allocation.
•Lead and manage the facilities and operations team across all branches.
•Develop operational plans and ensure effective execution across branches.
•Oversee maintenance, infrastructure, and workspace management across all branches.
•Supervise branch renovations, expansions, and facility improvement projects.
•Oversee service contracts including maintenance, cleaning, security, utilities, and transportation vendors
Monitor expenditures, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure financial accountability.
Oversee safety audits, risk assessments, and incident management.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
•Proven 10 years of experience in administration and government relations in commercial sector.
•Strong knowledge of government regulations, procedures, and compliance requirements.
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
•Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
