What you'll do day to day:

  • Manage multiple high-scale projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, strategic objectives, and operational requirements.
  • Oversee the integration of change management practices into project plans, ensuring effective adoption and alignment with the company's transformation goals.
  • Develop detailed project plans, manage resources, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery of all project milestones within budget.
  • Continuously assess project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure the successful execution of projects, maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Maintain clear, consistent project documentation and reporting. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance project performance.

What you'll Bring to the team:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in software development.
  • Strong understanding of software development, lifecycles and methodologies.
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project).
  • Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) is a plus.
