Project Manager

The Project Delivery Analyst supports project planning and execution to achieve defined objectives. Responsibilities include coordinating team activities, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely completion of tasks within scope. Acting as a key liaison between project managers, team members, and stakeholders, the role facilitates clear communication and efficient workflows. Utilizing project management tools, the analyst tracks and reports project milestones, identifies risks, and escalates issues for resolution. Responsibilities:

The Project Delivery Analyst plays a key role in supporting the application of project management practices to ensure the efficient execution of knowledge areas, including:

Scope Management

• Lead analysis activities such as exploring business requirements and documenting project scope and objectives to establish clear stakeholder expectations.
• Support scope control by identifying potential changes and ensuring proper escalation and approval through project channels.

Time Management

• Assist in maintaining the project schedule, tracking task completion, and supporting adherence to deadlines.

Cost Management

• Monitor project cost elements, assist the project manager in budget control, and identify potential cost variations for escalation.

Vendor Management

• Collaborate with the project manager to coordinate third-party vendor activities, including planning, execution, and documentation.

Quality Management

• Support project delivery in alignment with established methodologies and quality standards.

Resource Management

• Assist in tracking resource allocation and availability, ensuring team members are informed of their roles and commitments.

Communication Management

• Contribute to implementing the communication plan, including updates and feedback for team members, steering committees, and stakeholders.
• Participate in project meetings and assist in preparing materials for steering committee updates.

Risk Management

• Support the maintenance of a detailed risk register, track risk mitigation actions, and update project risks as needed.

Integration Management

• Assist in ensuring all project components and deliverables are aligned within the overall project framework.

Change Management

• Help apply change management practices, track process updates, and ensure alignment with project goals.

Business and Data Analysis

• Gather, analyze, and interpret data to support project decisions and deliverables.
• Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights from data to provide recommendations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into project objectives and deliverables.
• Lead validation activities with technical and business teams to ensure quality deliverables and outcomes.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in computer science, business informatics, engineering, or a related field required.

-3+ years of IT project management experience.

Project managers require strong IT technical skills and a solid understanding of software development.
