We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Logistics Specialist
to join our team at Latex Med. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing documentation, shipments, procurement coordination, and overall logistics operations with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the storage and categorization of electronic and physical documents to ensure easy access and traceability.
  • Review, verify, and validate documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions, shipments, and import/export documentation.
  • Support audits and inspections by providing required documents and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate and manage logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
  • Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain up-to-date inventory and shipment records.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and customers to resolve logistics-related issues.
  • Prepare logistics reports and documentation for internal use.
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with agents to secure competitive freight rates and service quality.
  • Work closely with other departments to understand procurement needs and provide effective logistics solutions.
  • Strong working knowledge of the
    Nafeza system
    is required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain operations.
  • Experience in chemical logistics or working with chemical materials within an industrial environment is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of import/export documentation, customs processes, and shipping procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and logistics systems.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
