Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Freight Forwarder Specialist, based in Alexandria. The responsibilities include coordinating and managing freight forwarding operations for exports, ensuring smooth transportation and logistics processes, and maintaining excellent communication with clients. The specialist will also handle customer service inquiries and ensure timely delivery of goods while collaborating with internal teams and external service providers for optimal results.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Freight Forwarding and Freight Transportation
  • Strong knowledge of Forwarding and Export processes
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills with the ability to build strong client relationships
  • Proven experience in logistics and supply chain operations
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Alexandria, Egypt
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or relevant field is preferred
