We're Hiring – Logistics Sales Specialist –

MLS Transport & Maintenance Company
is looking for a proactive and results-driven
Logistics Sales Specialist
to join our dynamic team in Alexandria, Egypt

Job Requirements:

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    3-5 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably within the
    transportation and logistics
    sector.

Skills:

  • Sales Acumen:
    Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing business.
  • Negotiation Skills:
    Excellent ability to negotiate terms and close contracts effectively.
  • Market Analysis:
    Strong understanding of market trends, competition, and customer needs in logistics.
  • Communication:
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building customer relationships.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM/Sales software (preferred).

Job Objectives:

Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify & Qualify Leads:
    Proactively identify and qualify potential customers for transportation and logistics services.
  • Negotiate & Close:
    Negotiate terms and close contracts with clients, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Achieve Targets:
    Meet sales goals and develop strategies to expand the customer base effectively.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    Establish and maintain positive, continuous relationships with current and prospective clients.

Logistics Coordination & Planning:

  • Seamless Service Delivery:
    Collaborate closely with the logistics and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Internal Alignment:
    Coordinate with internal departments to ensure sales activities align with the company's overall objectives.

Data Management & Reporting:

  • Performance Reporting:
    Prepare factual reports on sales, revenue, and expenses and present them to management.
  • Data Analysis:
    Utilize data analysis tools to understand sales performance and identify areas for improvement.

Market & Competitor Analysis:

  • Market Insight:
    Identify emerging markets and changes, staying up-to-date on competition and new services.
  • Client Needs Analysis:
    Analyze costs and customer needs to meet their requirements efficiently and effectively.
