About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
Senior personnel  Logistics Specialist

to join our team at
Mazenco Marine Services

. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of vessel husbandry and logistics operations, ensuring smooth coordination and compliance with local and international regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all
    vessel husbandry services

, including crew changes, accommodation, transportation, permits, and related activities.
- Coordinate logistics orders from
origin to final destination

, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Manage
domestic and international movements

in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide the
Finance & Accounting

team with accurate and timely operational data.
- communicate with the clients fluently writing and speaking

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.(preferred)
- Minimum
3 years of proven experience

in vessel husbandry within the
shipping or marine services industry

. (oil and gas field is mostly recommended but not a must  )
- Fluent in English

(spoken and written).

Requirements

  • Strong
    communication, organizational, and leadership skills

.
- In-depth understanding of the
end-to-end logistics process

, including documentation for both domestic and international operations.
- Familiarity with all
modes of transport

(ocean, air, and land).
- Knowledge of
movement constraints

and
hazardous cargo handling

procedures.
