Job description

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.


• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and other departments to collect and update progress data.


• Monitor project performance and compare actual progress against the approved baseline schedule.


• Identify potential delays and propose corrective or recovery actions.


• Prepare regular progress reports (weekly, monthly) including analysis of variances and recommendations.


• Support the preparation of project budgets, cash flow, and resource allocation plans.


• Participate in meetings with management and consultants to discuss project status and planning issues.


• Maintain accurate documentation of all planning-related activities and reports.

Qualifications :


• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.


• Minimum of 4 years of experience in project planning within the construction or real estate sector.


• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.


• Strong analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail.
