  • Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
  • Analyze project data to forecast resource requirements and optimize allocation.
  • Assist in the preparation of project budgets and track expenditures against planned costs.
  • Ensure all planning activities comply with company policies, Egyptian, and international standards.
  • Facilitate meetings to review project milestones, address issues, and drive timely decision-making.
  • Support risk management efforts by identifying and mitigating scheduling risks.
  • Utilize project management software and tools to enhance planning accuracy and efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in project planning, preferably within the engineering or construction sector.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable plans.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in project scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to work effectively in an office-based environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic project settings.
