Description:

CFI EGYPT FOR BROKERGE AND BONDS TRADING
is seeking to hire a
Compliance Operations Officer
to join the Compliance Department. The ideal candidate will support the implementation of compliance procedures and ensure adherence to regulatory and internal requirements.

Main tasks and responsibilities

  • Ensure the proper implementation of compliance instructions and follow-up with the Operations Department.
  • Assist in reviewing and updating clients' KYC files and ensuring they meet regulatory standards.
  • Monitor daily transactions and identify any unusual or suspicious activities.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Back Office, and other departments to ensure compliance controls are applied correctly.

Education and Experience

  • 1 to 2 years of experience
    in compliance, back office, or operations within a brokerage firm or financial institution.
  • Very strong command of Excel
    and ability to work efficiently with data.
  • High level of awareness, responsibility, and professionalism in implementing compliance instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different departments.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently.
  • It is not required to hold a license from the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA).
