Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Estimation Manager, located in Cairo, Egypt. The Estimation Manager will be responsible for leading the estimation team, preparing accurate cost estimations for various projects, analyzing project requirements, reviewing bid documents, and ensuring compliance with project specifications. The role also involves coordinating with engineering and project management teams, maintaining cost databases, and providing risk assessments for project bids.

  • Experience in Project Management and Engineering Coordination
  • Proficient in Construction Documentation, Specification Review, and Compliance
  • Strong Analytical and Risk Assessment Skills
  • Effective Communication and Leadership Abilities
  • Relevant experience in the construction and engineering sectors
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
