Role Description

This role is responsible for preparing commercial offers in alignment with technical proposals and supporting all prequalification and technical submittal activities. The candidate will manage document control processes, ensuring accurate filing, tracking, and distribution of project documents. They will coordinate reviews and approvals to maintain workflow efficiency and compliance with company standards and industry regulations. The position requires strong analytical skills, the ability to interpret structural drawings, and effective communication across internal teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to develop within a structured technical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Commercial offers that complies with technical proposals.
  • Prepare prequalification and technical submittals.
  • Prepare compliance statement.
  • Maintain and update document control systems and databases.
  • Ensure proper filing, classification, and indexing of documents.
  • Track document statuses and follow up on outstanding reviews, approvals, or submissions.
  • Distribute relevant documents to internal teams
  • Coordinate document reviews, approvals, and workflows.
  • Ensure documents comply with company standards, industry regulations, and project requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
