Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an MEP Estimation Engineer based in Cairo, Egypt. The responsibilities include preparing detailed estimations and bills of quantities (BOQs) for various MEP components, conducting project cost evaluations, managing cost analysis, and collaborating with project teams. The role also involves negotiating with suppliers and contractors, conducting research for materials and pricing, and ensuring alignment with project requirements and company standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in BOQ preparation and Project Estimation
  • Strong Civil Engineering knowledge and expertise
  • Effective Negotiation and Research skills
  • Excellent analytical and communication abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • Previous experience in MEP estimation roles is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with market pricing trends and vendor practices is a plus
