Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced
Bidding Manager (Civil or Architectural Engineer)
to lead the end-to-end tendering process — from opportunity registration to proposal submission and post-bid analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
Fit-Out, Interior Design, or Construction
projects within Saudi Arabia, and proven ability to manage cross-functional coordination between technical, design, cost estimation, and procurement teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the full tendering cycle: opportunity evaluation, bid preparation, and submission.
  • Analyze tender documents, identify risks, and develop winning strategies.
  • Coordinate with technical, design, and estimation teams to compile accurate technical and commercial proposals.
  • Review contractual terms and ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
  • Manage proposal timelines, documentation, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Conduct post-bid evaluations and maintain a database of lessons learned.
  • Supervise and develop team members, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering
    (required).
  • 6–12 years of experience
    in bidding, tendering, or proposal management in construction or interior fit-out.
  • Strong understanding of
    Saudi tendering procedures
    and market standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tender management tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
