Job Description

Doka Egypt is looking for is looking for a highly motivated Sales Support Assistant reviewing and analyzing sales contracts, NDAs, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.

• Review and support the preparation of sales contracts, NDAs, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.
• Coordinate with the Legal & Compliance Department for necessary reviews, approvals, and contract risk assessments, as well as Compliance-related issues (e.g., sanctions, export control, etc.).
• Maintain organized records of all reviewed and executed contracts and agreements.
• Support the CRM team in maintaining accurate and complete data within the CRM system.
• Prepare and update sales, pipeline, and performance reports for management.
• Review and verify pricing and costing (basic cost controlling).
• Support the continuous improvement of CRM processes, reports, and data quality.
• Perform general coordination and administrative tasks to ensure smooth collaboration between CRM, Sales, and Legal.

Qualifications

• Degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in legal support, contract administration, or CRM/sales support.
• Strong understanding of commercial documents (offers, contracts, NDAs).
• Excellent knowledge of MS Word and Excel (mandatory).
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and structured working style.
• Experience with basic cost controlling or reviewing offer calculations is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; Arabic
