About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Operations Assistant to support our real estate sales team with day-to-day tasks. The role involves coordinating with landlords, handling property listings, and ensuring smooth sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with landlords and collect property details.
  • Manage and update property listings across platforms.
  • Support sales agents with documentation and coordination.
  • Ensure all listings and client records are accurate and up to date.
  • Assist in preparing reports and basic marketing materials.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in real estate or sales support.
  • Strong communication and organization skills.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM systems.
  • Can relocate to Abu Dhabi.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From E£60,000.00 per month
