We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful
Office Manager- Chinese Speake
r to provide comprehensive support to the General Manager
(GM)
and ensure smooth and efficient office operations. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong coordination skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations and ensure workflow efficiency.
  • Coordinate the GM's schedule, meetings, and priorities.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and documents in both English and Chinese.
  • Support project coordination and follow up with internal teams.
  • Organize files, oversee administrative tasks, and ensure timely completion.
  • Facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

· Proven experience (4 to 7 years) in office management, executive assistance, or administrative roles.

· Excellent command of the Chinese language (written and spoken) —
mandatory
.

· Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.

· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and diverse environment.

· Familiarity with project coordination is a plus.
