The office assistant will do the following:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and emails

  • Schedule and plan meetings and appointments

  • Answer incoming phone calls and emails

  • Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages

  • Create and update attendance records

  • Generate and send payment invoices to clients

  • Keep a record of the center's income and expenses

  • Handle all the needed logistics to ensure the work is going smoothly

Requirements:

  • Excellent command of verbal and written communication in both English and Arabic

  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
