Office Manager

The office assistant will do the following:
Answer incoming phone calls and emails
Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
Answer incoming phone calls and emails
Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
Create and update attendance records
Generate and send payment invoices to clients
Keep a record of the center's income and expenses
Handle all the needed logistics to ensure the work is going smoothly
Requirements:
Excellent command of verbal and written communication in both English and Arabic
Exceptional time management and organizational skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
