Technical Support Specialist

We're looking for a passionate Technical Support Specialist who loves solving problems, supporting people, and making technology work seamlessly. In this role, you'll be the go-to person ensuring smooth system operations, troubleshooting issues, and empowering users to perform at their best.

Who are we?

Lychee is the leading player in the rapidly growing healthy food industry in Egypt, with a unique and highly scalable position in the market that combines a healthy fast- food retail arm and a manufacturing arm for healthy packaged foods. Most notably fresh juices and Greek yogurt.

As part of our greater mission to make healthier food choices accessible and sustainable for people's everyday lifestyle - we're extending our commitment to the region with our entry into the Saudi Arabian market, with a substantial retail expansion plan and on-ground operations starting Q2, 2025 in Riyadh.

Lychee relies on both its manufacturing capabilities and brand recognition built over a decade to expand its retail operations seamlessly based on customer demand and to scale its existing presence in modern trade, traditional trade and quick commerce.

What will you be doing?

·       Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across all departments.

·       Diagnose and resolve system errors efficiently through remote or onsite troubleshooting.

·       Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.

·       Manage user accounts, access rights, and security permissions.

·       Escalate complex issues to higher-level IT specialists when needed.

·       Maintain documentation of support requests, incidents, and resolutions.

·       Ensure all systems and devices are updated and compliant with company standards.

·       Support new system rollouts and assist in employee onboarding setup.

·       Monitor network performance and report potential problems proactively.

·       Coordinate with vendors or service providers for repairs and replacements.

·       Train and guide employees on best practices and IT usage policies.

·       Contribute ideas for improving IT support efficiency and user satisfaction.

What are we looking for?

·       Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field

·       Minimum 2 years of experience in IT or technical support roles

·       Strong knowledge of Windows, MacOS, and common business software

·       Solid troubleshooting and problem solving skills

·       Familiar with networking, IP configuration, and basic server management

·       Strong communication

·       Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
