1- Location: Haram

2- Salary from 20000 to 25000LE depends on experience

3- 5 years at least experience

4- English language is a must other languages is a plus

5- Social and Medical insurance provided

Responsibilities:

1- Welcome guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.

2- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

3- Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs efficiently.

4- Maintain accurate guest records and update relevant databases.

5- Provide information about the hotel, its services, and local attractions.

6- Promote hotel facilities and upsell services where appropriate.

7- Ensure guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
