IT Business Manager
to lead dedicated consultant teams and elevate client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relations

  • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with client IT departments to comprehensively understand their technological challenges and business objectives.
  • Coordinate weekly interdepartmental meetings to synchronize project statuses, technical requirements, and strategic alignments.
  • Develop and lead client update sessions, providing comprehensive project insights and collecting actionable feedback for continuous service enhancement.

Staffing & Resource Management

  • Analyze and optimize resource allocation by aligning consultant capabilities with specific project and client requirements.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to: Develop precise job descriptions, streamline recruitment processes and conduct thorough candidate evaluations
  • Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs ensuring new consultants are fully equipped for immediate productivity.

IT & Work Environment Support

  • Ensure optimal technological infrastructure by providing necessary tools, access, and resources for seamless project execution.
  • Maintain a work environment that meets client standards and maximizes team performance and productivity.

Performance Management

  • Implement rigorous performance evaluation processes with clear, measurable goals for each team member.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and delivery commitments.
  • Proactively identify potential risks and develop strategic mitigation plans.
  • Maintain team cohesion and low turnover rates through effective leadership and supportive management.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports for senior management, including detailed performance metrics, staffing updates, and financial projections.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and French.
  • Technical Knowledge: Expert understanding of: delivery cycles, software support processes, Agile methodologies and IT service management frameworks
  • Proven track record in Digital Services or IT Consulting, with significant experience in either consulting or managerial roles.
