Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Qesm 2nd Nasser City for a BMS / GRMS Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as sales engineering, providing technical support, and engineering solutions directly to customers. They will also manage customer relationships and communication, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Sales
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or relevant field
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) and Guest Room Management Systems (GRMS) is a plus
