We're looking for BMS Pre-Sales Engineer to join our growing organization and drive technical excellence in our pre-sales activities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team in identifying client needs and providing customized BMS solutions.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals for Building Management Systems, including HVAC, lighting, and energy management.
  • Conduct site visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations for clients and consultants.
  • Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate system design and costing.
  • Collaborate with the design and project teams to develop optimal system configurations.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and products in BMS and automation.
  • Provide technical training and support to the sales and project execution teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • 4 years of experience in BMS pre-sales (experience with Schneider, Siemens, Honeywell, or similar systems is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of control systems, sensors, networking, and integration protocols (BACnet, Modbus, KNX, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and design software related to BMS.
