Position Overview

  • Title: Technical Office Engineer (BMS)
  • Location:  Cairo – Nasr City (Back Office for Saudi Branch)
  • Experience: 2–4 years

Our client is a leading system integrator with over 10 years of experience in delivering high-quality automation and AI solutions. We specialize in BMS, PLC, SCADA, KNX, GRMS, Power Management, IoT, and more — helping clients across industries enhance productivity, efficiency, and ROI through smart, customized technologies.

Role Purpose

We are expanding our team and looking for a Technical Office Engineer to join us.

If you have experience in BMS, GRMS, AVEVA, and KNX systems and want to grow with a leading company in control and automation solutions, this is your chance.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare and review technical submittals, shop drawings, and as-built drawings

· Provide technical support to project and site teams in Saudi Arabia

· Develop and implement BMS/GRMS programming and software engineering tasks

· Create and configure system graphics/visualizations for building management systems

· Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers on design and execution issues

· Assist in preparing BOQs, cost estimation, and material submittals

· Ensure compliance with project specifications and standards

· Support in project documentation and reporting

Required Qualifications & Skills

· Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer, or related engineering field

· –4 years of experience in Control Systems and BMS

· At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Schneider software (EcoStruxure or similar)

· Strong knowledge in BMS, GRMS, AVEVA, and KNX

· Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

· Experience in programming (BMS/PLC/KNX) and software configuration

· Experience in graphics design/visualization tools for BMS

· Familiar with shop drawings, as-built drawings, and documentation processes

· Excellent communication and teamwork skills

· Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

· Experience with Revit or BIM software (added value)
