Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Cairo for a Customer Service Representative. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include responding to customer queries, processing requests, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions. The role requires effective communication and the ability to handle diverse customer concerns in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and delivering exceptional Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Customer Experience and ensuring high levels of customer engagement
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging situations effectively
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education is an advantage
