Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Call Agent located at our New Cairo office. The Call Agent will handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls, provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer queries or concerns promptly. The role requires effective communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction. Accurate documentation and adherence to company protocols are also key responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and build rapport
  • Proficiency in using customer management systems and basic technological tools
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking effectively
  • Adaptable to fast-paced environments and able to handle high call volumes
  • Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage
  • Prior experience in a similar customer service or call center role is beneficial
