About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented R&D Specialist to join our Product Development team. This role will play a key part in designing and enhancing innovative kitchen equipment. You will work with designers and engineers, create and test prototypes, and ensure our products meet the highest standards of performance, safety, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design components and complete products using AutoCAD and other design software.
  • Develop and test physical prototypes to evaluate functionality, performance, and durability.
  • Work with the design team to improve usability and overall product value.
  • Produce accurate technical drawings, product specifications, and documentation.
  • Evaluate and test materials and components to recommend optimal solutions.
  • Identify and resolve design challenges discovered during testing.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Product Design.
  • 2–4 years of experience in product design and development.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and related design tools.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, materials, and manufacturing processes.

  • English proficiency is required.
