Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in 10th of Ramadan for a Recruitment Specialist. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process. The specialist will work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process. Additionally, the Recruitment Specialist will be engaged in maintaining candidate databases and ensuring compliance with hiring standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sourcing and attracting candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and team members
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong time management skills
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
  • Proven ability to meet hiring deadlines and targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the agriculture or food processing industry is a plus
