We

are hiring
HR Specialist.

Responsibilities:

·      
Assist in posting job vacancies on various recruitment platforms and social media channels.

·      
Support in screening resumes and scheduling interviews with shortlisted candidates.

·      
Participate in interviews and assessment activities alongside senior HR team members.

·      
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.

·      
Help coordinate onboarding programs for new hires.

·      
Support employer branding initiatives, such as career fairs, social media campaigns, and internal communications.

·      
Ensure all HR and recruitment activities are aligned with company policies and labor regulations.

·      
Contribute new ideas to improve recruitment efficiency and enhance the candidate experience.

Qualifications
:

·      
Bachelor's degree in related field.

·      
Fresh graduate.

·      
Strong interest in talent acquisition and people management.

·      
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·      
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with social media platforms.

·      
Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic HR environment.

Job Conditions:

·      
Two days off.

Location:

·       
B4 Zone - 10th Of Ramadan – Al-Sharkia.
