Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a B2B Sales Operations Coordinator at MAGD Lubricants located in El Sherouk city. As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales operations, providing customer service, and supporting the sales team. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, and a focus on customer satisfaction.

  • Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service
  • Experience in B2B sales & sales operations
  • Ability to prepare technical & financial offers for Sales team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
  • Proficient knowledge of CRM especially account management business process
  • Sales meetings coordination
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of the lubricants industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
